This isn't help but .. 

similar events with eCS 1.1, 1.2 on a desktop 32-bit S-754 Sempron. It _SEEMED_ to install A-OK and, upon reboot, begin loading and then stop.

 So, I'll be VERY interested in the answers provided in this thread!

BTW, I think I mentioned to this list, that I was having trouble last Feb.? Anyway, that system is set aside, for the moment.

My installation of eCS 2.0 ran OK up to the reboot fr hard drive.  Then, it seemed the system was starting up to and past warning for no network connection. Then, it just quit[!]

Anyone have a suggestion?
