[Discussion] USB installation

I have a 1 GB that I use back and forth between XP and eCS (1.2). However, it is a Fat16 so while using it with
OS/2 I can only do short file names.  With XP they can be long.  Therefore, if I want to use a file (like a Lotus 1-2-3
for example) with both O.S. it must be a short file name. 
 
I have a 4 GB that was formatted as a FAT32 that can ONLY be read by XP.
