You have probably already found that the install will not call for CD2.
As far as the key goes, I have a little virtual floppy image that I copy
it to. I don't know if there are tools for creating a floppy image on
the MAC. Daniela's VFDisk and the old savedskf utility work fine for
eCS and OS/2 and there is a little utility for Windows,

You can also use a USB drive. It will need to be formatted FAT, not
FAT32. You enable USB support for the virtual machine, plug it in, and
attach it before you boot the install CD.
Look through the PDF manual. A lot of good tips in there.
