[Discussion] 7-bit vs. 8-bit [Was: Re: Open Watcom & OS/2]

This message went through with out any warnings I have no ideas.
Do you have more than one machine that you use for Email?
I don't know if it is/was UTF-8 or not, just a shot in the dark to
try and jog the pea between my ears.
 If it happens again I'll let you know, but don't worry about it's
nothing  bad. Just as long as I can read your Email I'm happy. :-)
