That is the most likely possibility, a header referring to UTF8 or
using UTF8. Still looking at the copy in my sent folder I see
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
and the message is 7bit so unless it is getting changed when being sent
don't know.
Anyways this one is sent with PMMail
