You can create Presentation Manager programs out of the box. I think
you need the toolkit if you want to program for the WPS. Usually
Presentation Manager is good enough for GUI. Actually the Programmer's
Guide mentions programming for the Presentation Manager.
Also there are examples in the watcom\samples\os2 directory, eg
shapes.cpp

If you have the toolkit it may help, otherwise nothing. Watcom is
pretty complete, even allowing for creating OS/2 help files.
