True when refering to technology such as active-x and malicious software.  But I wouldn't say that  
is true in regards to the ability to read info intercepted from "our obsure OS" when it is sent 
unencrypted from your machine via wireless to the access point.  Anything that leaves your OS2 
machine in plain text can be read by anyone else if they can intercept it.  WEP transmissions can 
be captured and decoded with minimal effort by anyone who wishes to make the effort.
