My setup consists of a Netgear WNR1000 as the "base" router and DHCP server that connects to a Netgear WPN824 (the
wireless router for my laptop) and to a Netgear WNHDEB111 access point which "beams" to another WHN connected to a
Slingbox (no way to actually wire this portion). I presume the WEP only needs to be on the first router?

I'm hesitant to use MAC filtering because my son will be accessing the Slingbox from Bangkok and at this point I don't know he
will be using. I think he will connect via a Slingcatcher once he gets there which has a MAC address.

Thanks,
