Dear Brian:

It looks to me to be a memory access violation
 - at 1E CB 32 0A (hex address).

Has it happened before?
Is it a DOSbox, or Virtual DOS machine, app.?
A MS-Windows "3.x" app.?

Any changes in the "connection" to the "Science Apparatus"?
(Maybe somehow using an already in-use I/O port?)

 Just my best guessES.

Good LUCK!

Sincerely,

Thomas Clayton
