Is there anyway to determine what this refers to?

A program generated an access violation at 1ecb320a.  


My client is running OS/2 Warp 4 to control some scientific instruments.  They gather data and then
the data can be processed.  I presume the program in the error message is the instrument program.
The instrument program creates many files for a specific run and I'm trying to figure out if this
error applies to one particular file that I can then delete.
