[Discussion] making a rexx script to transfer desktop to new installation

In the past I had a utility that could create a rexx script
for backup of the OS/2 desktop.  I don't remember the
name of the utility, and the one tht I thought I used is
WPS2REXX. However it hangs on one of the eCS system
folders.   Since I only want to transfer some of the desktop
objects, I want a uyility that creates rexx scripts and no
binary files.
