[Discussion] How to delete a nameless file?

Filestar does not show the file (shows an empty directory) and when I try to get out of directory, Filestar crashes.  I can only see the file at a command prompt or with a old DOS program, XTReeGold.  ZTreeBold crashes when I try to enter that directory.
