[Discussion] Test: Are Communications Open? (A Test)

Thanks. :-)

Still, it was FOUR hours before I saw my letters posted back to me. SO it was (most probably) something with my account - or as I said "The Internet Gremlin".

BTW, how's things going with you? <-- Forget that. (We're ON-list.)

I had recent occassionSS to think of you. I was getting Tom'sPet (Warp3, 3C) files backed up from (about) three generations of mainboard and six to ten HDDs (160MBs to 2,100MBs).

With partition copies (and such), I actually have bootable(!) backups on a pair of external 4GB SCSI HDDs - isn't (wasn't) SCSI great!. All I have to do is change a few BIOS settings (machine and controller) and I can boot from the (old) originals! :-) "THE Main" HDD is an 8GB IDE, btw, the "limit" for the original driver.

Anyway, we used to exchange letters about getting our "ancient" Warp 3 systems "to work" - when our "compatriots" were "well into" vn. 4, already.
