I believe it was agreed a couple of weeks ago that there could be some 
posts on Mac and Linux systems. one was supposed to prefix [MAC] or 
[Linux] or similar for forewarning or filtering.

so no, it is not OS/2 related but it was also agreed upon by 
listmembers. (no one, to my knowledge, protested at the time.)
