Chuck is correct.  The BIOS access key is actually set in the BIOS
itself.  Unfortunately, many newer BIOSes have a switch which either
WILL display  a line telling you how to access it or will HIDE it.

Do a Google search on the Manufacturer, Model Number and "BIOS" or
"Setup Access"

This has worked for me in the past.  Boards made by Intel usually use
[F2] as their access key.  Most PC's I've had with AMI BIOS use [Del]. 
AFAIK, there is ALWAYS an access key--even if you have to go to the
motherboard and reset the BIOS to defaults.
