OK, I can try that.  I got the .rpm from mozilla.  When I ran it it I had descrepancies in NSSxxx 
and when I downloaded that .rpm it had descrepancies in SOxxxx and so it goes.  I gravitated 
towards rpm's because I like YAST.  I'll try your approach next time.
