I just tried to install Ubuntu 810 and it did give me a choice of where
to install Grub. After the partitioning stuff there is an advanced
button where you get the choice.
Also just a reminder, always stick with the same fdisk. For us this
means OS/2's fdisk, LVM or best dfsee to do the actual partitioning.
Then the partition can be added to BootManager
