When I boot from the USB, I first have to use F12 to get a boot-device
list built since USB is third on the list.  Then, I get the Grub (?)
boot list and it goes from there.  I've tried to add the USB to the BM
menu, but it never seems to stick.  I was guessing it is too late in
the process for BM to see the FLASH.  No big deal.  I just have to pay
attention to the initial process when the TPad logo is displayed.
