I didn't know it was possible to use JFS (at least the regular
non-bootable version from IBM) without LVM.
Further reading it seems that LVM support requires v4 with fp13 as a
minimun, not sure about JFS.
When I added JFS to my old maintenance partition I also had to add the
unicode support to silence some warnings.
