Works like a champ! Combines 'n' files into one; allows extraction of
some pages from a larger document to a single file, etc...

If you have any issues with PDFMergeNx, Ghostscript, etc.,...
I would suggest subscribing to the SubOffice MailList.  Lots of
good help there.
