Legitimate question.
How does defunct company who's name is no longer registered, 
claim ownership of a copyright?    Are rights assigned at  dissolution?
(like heirs after a person's death)
Suppose you didn't want to get permission.  Can one look up a 
company name anywhere after 20+ years being gone?
