I bought an adapter board that is supposed to allow a SATA drive to be connected to a PATA inteface. There is not a jumper for setting the drive to master or slave or cable select. I have never examined a SATA drive, so I do not know if there needs to be one. Do SATA drives have a drive select jumper?
