It looks like the domain registration lapsed and was grabbed by 
Targetica Online.  At least I am guessing that is not who owned it 
previously.

I thought that maybe the use of the .org for such an enterprise would be 
a way to pull it but from the faq:
"The .com, .info, .name, .net, and .org TLDs are open and unrestricted."
It goes on further about .org being "traditionally" used by 
noncommercial organizations but is apparently not reserved for such use 
as .biz, they state, is reserved for businesses.
