[Discussion] FAT file systems

I think FAT32.IFS is supposed to let OS/2 read and write FAT32 files.  Is config.sys really loading it (i.e., no error message while booting)?.  Is the drive really FAT32 formatted?

FAT32.IFS didn't allow you to format a drive in FAT32.  If you have a dual-boot system running windows, that may the way to go: use windows to do that; then reboot to OS/2.  

Henk Kelder used to have an information sheet posted at http://www.os2ss.com/information/kelder/os2fat32.zip but it looks like it has been removed.  I'm copying Henk on this message to see whether he can repost to the POSSI list.
