I've used this myself for several years and I like it.  It's shareware: free, but donations are accepted.  

It isn't a Turbo-tax like system, doesn't have any Q&A. It's an excel spreadsheet (actually several spreadsheets linked to one another) that accepts your data, cross-posts and does calculations among the forms, and lets you print the most useful forms in a format that can be signed and sent to the IRS.  The only system requirement is the ability to run Excel. 

The 2009 spreadsheet isn't available yet but you can download the 2008 version and see whether it works for you.
