Doug:

So you connect to XP without problems?  Is XP patched to SP3 and later patches?  And if so did you 
make the registry change you mentioned in your post?  If so, where do I find that info?

I can only connect to XP from eCS if I first disable the windows firewall.  It defaults to enabled 
every time I boot, telling it to remain disabled apparently does not work.  Before SP3 I didn't 
have a problem connecting.
