For Windows NFS, there is the free one from Microsoft "Services for Unix". There is a good howto about it on a Microsoft dev blog web site (Google will find it). WinSCP is a great tool to transfer files from Windows to Linux. PuTTy is a great SSH client to access a Linux system from CLI.

You can get a free nfs client for doze, but you probably don't want it - it comes along with an
incredible amount of baggage and no support. Windows tools for Unix, I think is the package
from Usoft.
