Can't you just use the Virtual Disk Wizard to mount the win98.vhd under
the W2K virtual machine as the second HD? Then copy the files to the
virtual 1st HD.

Didn't think of that so I just now tried it.  Most of the folders were declared as unreadable but I was able to get a couple of files EXCEPT for last years tax return.  Got a paging error when I tried to copy it to the new WIN2K virtual HD.
