If you have XWP installed there is a XWP settings folder in system setup.  You would have installed 
that yourself, so if you are uncertain then you probably don't have it.  And if you do then you 
should make sure you have the latest version.

There is an object in system setup called "Workplace Shell".  Look at those options under sort & 
menu.
