I just tried this with OO 2.0.4, and it worked fine for a one-line file. 
Whenever I've had the problem that you describe with any program that I
wanted to print from, the problem has been corrected by deleting the
printer objects with prndrv.exe and recreating them.  This is a pain if
you have lots of printer objects, but has always worked for me.
