Hi Michael,
I had that with really early video cards (ATI Mach32),
where you had to use a boot disk and then configure
your video card for your monitor. I always set my card
at the highest (VESA 87MHz - 1024x768, I think),
howeer the installer for OS/2 2.1 (and Warp 3) wanted
the video card set in VGA mode (60Hz + 640x480??).
Well, anyways that was my situation for that same
error code. Best bet is to get a cheap LCD (I keep a
trusty 15" LCD), they can be found for less than a
hundred bucks and used for such a purpose.
