[Discussion] OS/2 Install

There are two issues that may be the problem.

1. The 30KHz vertical doesn't handle 27KHz
2. The 70KHz horizontal limit may be the real problem.

Either way, borrow a monitor that can handle the default, install and 
set the video to within your parameters, shut down and swap monitors, 
and test. Repeat until your monitor accepts the signal.
