When I tried to install eCS on a 1.5 GB partition F:, the system booted from the eCS installation CD 1 and the said: "Insert eComStation Installation CD-ROM and press any key." Since that CD 1 is the Installation CD-ROM, the message doesn't make sense, and each key press resulted in the same message.

Carl, my partition layout follows:
47 DELLUTILITY
47 Wasted Space
490527 Windows SP
2047 logical FAT Data
6000 logical eCS Data and Whatever (to be HPFS)
1325 logical eCS (to be HPFS)
7 BootManager
I don't see a difference that's causing my problems. Any help will be appreciated. Regards, Ira Saxe
