Since that CD 1 is the Installation CD-ROM, the message doesn't make sense, and each key press resulted in the same message.

I don't know why you should be having a problem with drive size.

What File System do you have on the target install drive?

I have eCS 2.0 RC2 installed into a 10GB HBFS logical partition
that is on a 100GB HD. The HD is set up as:

Primary:
C: 30GB WinXP [TPad distribution squeezed from full 100GB]

Expanded with logicals:
C: 10GB eCS 1.2R
D: thru G: . . . various eCS logicals
O: 10GB eCS 2.0 RC2
Freespace for remainder of drive.

Primary:
BootManager

Primary:
TPad recovery
