What makes you /think THAT/?
Is the router / base you're connecting a 'B'? 
/If/ the 'base' is a 'G' (or 'better') than this WGA54G /ought to/ 'go
as' a 'G', as well!

The whole 'trick' of these things - based upon my previous discussions,
here, with folks like James Cannon et Al. - is: once you get the
ethernet running what happens on the other 'side' ('away from' OS/2)
does NOT matter.

Buy and enjoy 'G' speeds! ;-)
