DFSee defaults to creating a log of all your activities.  That 
should be around on your disk somewhere.

I'd write to Jan and explain your concerns and see if he can help 
you.  The program only does what you tell it to do.  Maybe you 
recovered something you didn't know you recovered and it is messing 
with your config.sys.  Jan is a great resource, you should not 
hesitate to contact him and he will most likely be able to provide 
the answer to your problem.
