Right click on the desktop - select Properties - click on the Lockup 
tab, and check the Lock on Startup check box. This will cause the user 
to have to enter a password when the WPS starts. This however will only 
deter non-OS/2 users, since an OS/2 user could use ALT-F1 during bootup 
and select boot to command line thereby bypassing the WPS and its 
password requirement. But most of the people you are probably trying to 
protect your computer from won't know about that.
