Hi all,
This something that has puzzled me for some time and for which I have
received no satisfactory answer: Why is it so hard to get os/2-eCS to
power off a computer? Forget about all the other things ACPI or ATM can
do--why does this one, apparently simple, function present such
problems? I mean this isn't proprietary Microsoft code, is it?
I ask this as your typical, ignorant-about-tech-stuff end user.
