How expensive would it be to drive there from, say the NW suburbs of
Chicago - which is where I reside?
:-)

Also, does this go as one lot OR can choices be made among the items
listed?

(I'd like the > Borland C++ 2.0 for OS/2 < for sure. After all the
discussion that James Cannon and I have had about versions of it over
the years, I want to see how it differs, if at all, from the 1.x that 
we believe I have.)

Well ... maybe I'll take it all, list the individual items and do the
