[Discussion] "Big" USB flash memory

Does ECS support booting to an external hard drive, such as a  
firewire drive?  If so, that might be a good option since, even if  
the internal drive were to melt down, one could boot to the backup  
drive and be up and running instantly.   (This is what I do with my  
Mac.)
