I know I saw this somewhere but have no idea where.

How do I delete an "open as" action from the properties
menu?   I found a bunch of files had "PMView Pro" added as
an action, and now, having had to copy a progman.exe file
from one system to this one after mine died for whatever
reason, a lot of the menus seem to have Windows 16 added as
a menu item - instead of PMView Pro.  And I notice that
Lucide has Acrobat 4 and 5 as menu items.

I know I can just leave them all sitting there but I want
them deleted just in case something decides one of them
should be the default action.

Delete button is greyed out.
