You will need to run a spreadsheet to use this.  The FED would make everyone's life so easier if they had   
something like this online, but of course they also have us change 20+ clocks instead of alarms twice a   
year.  I'm sure glad that the earth axis doesn't precess as well. 
 
Anyway, this guy has done this for years for phun!
