VERY few vendors are supporting Windows 98 anymore, Brian. Few are  
writing apps that support Windows ME either. You may want to look at  
upgrading the version of Windows you use in Virtual PC. I suspect  
that you can find someone happy to give you their old copy of Windows  
2000. (Which personally I liked better than Windows 98 anyhow.)
