If you download the file from the eComStation.Com site:
	snapse-ecs-3.1.8.zip
and UnZIP it [be sure to use the option that allows the UnZIP to create
the directories contained in the archive, there is a command file:
	Setup.Cmd
All I've ever done is run this file.  The ReadMe.Txt file will give you
more specifics.
