You can certainly do it that way.  However, on this box I have commented
out the lines that are related to the clock in config.sys.  I manually
edited the config.sys tz variable and use nistime2.  It's worked for me
for years.  When clkbasic.exe was first made part of eCS, I believed it to
cause system instability, so I switched.
