[Discussion] Palm 700

I'm not going to be a lot of help, but at WarpStock, 3 or 4 years ago 
(sorry I can't be more specific) I was at a presentation where the 
presenter had written some software that would backup and restore the 
Palm.   Unfortunately he didn't have a Palm and had never tried it.  I 
was the only one with a Palm in the class.  It was a Palm 600, and I was 
willing to be the guinea  pig.  He was talking about working on Sync 
when he got backup and Restore working.    We  backed up  my Palm onto 
his laptop and  it did copy everything.  I don't know if he continued 
working on it on not.  I have not heard anything about it since.   Maybe 
the above might jog the
memory of someone else.   The presenter was one of the guys from Europe.
