If you're talking about making an envelope from within a document, I don't
do that.  Some people in the OO users group claim that the procedure
works.  I created a template for Com 10 envelopes.

The manual says to set the printer driver to "other envelope", and to
format the page size to what you're really trying to print in the
application.  That causes a forms mismatch, which of course won't print.
