One thing you could do is put a very small partition on your hard drive that is FAT32. This of course 
is easier if you have Windoze already on the machine. I believe you might also be able to use 
DFSEE for that. However - even when doing that I have not had very good luck getting FAT32 to 
work for USB removable drives. It seems to work fine for my laptap that has Win XP and ECS on 
the same hard drive (they share a FAT32 partition for transferring data between to two OSs), but I 
have never gotten it to work with any USB drive.

So I do what Kev suggests - I format the things as FAT.  It is a PITA for long file name stuff, but 
works just fine upto 2 GB.
