It's starting to look like you are the test dummy for running OOorg on
Warp4.

This usually means that some secondary DLL is missing.  Make sure you have
the correct version of libc and uclip and such.

If you problem persists, you might want to try to use the OS/2 Trace
facilty to figure out where the loading is going awry.  Give the attached
trace configuration a try.  Get my trctools.zip from

if you don't already have a copy.  The last update was in Dec, 2004.
