[Discussion] Selecting a hard drive

Hi Zoltan,

You really don't need SCSI anymore. I have SCSI here
in RAID on an old HP NetRAID card. In the future I'm
probably going to go with SATA. IDE drives are pretty
cheap and fast. If you still wanted to use SCSI, you
could get an IDE to SCSI adapter and connect some of
the new faster and larger IDE drives. I'm still
hesitant to move to SATA, as I am unsure how eCS runs
on it. Thank you for bring up the topic, as it has
been a back burner issue for me.
